Exchange & Return Policy
For all return or exchange requests, please write to us at:
Exchange & Return Guidelines:
- All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- If you received the wrong product or incorrect size, we’ll happily exchange it for the right one—at no extra cost. We’ll even arrange reverse pickup for your convenience.
- If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
- All items must be returned in original condition:
- With the tag/sticker label attached
- Unwashed, unused, and properly packed to avoid damage in transit
- Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- We offer refunds only in genuine cases of damaged or defective items.
- Please send clear photos of the defect, your order ID, and details to support@mitrayah.com.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method or provided bank details.
- In rare cases where a return is accepted (without any fault from our side), ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse logistics charges.
Important Notes:
- Color/design may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. These will not be considered valid grounds for return.
- If it's found that the defect occurred due to customer mishandling, no refund/exchange will be processed.
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- Exchange/Return requests are accepted only once per order.
- Products that are used or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
- Free exchange on size issues (but no refunds for size preferences).
