Exchange & Return Policy

 Exchange & Return Guidelines:

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you received the wrong product or incorrect size, we’ll happily exchange it for the right one—at no extra cost. We’ll even arrange reverse pickup for your convenience.
  • If you wish to exchange for a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
  • All items must be returned in original condition:
  • With the tag/sticker label attached
  • Unwashed, unused, and properly packed to avoid damage in transit
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

 Refunds:

  • We offer refunds only in genuine cases of damaged or defective items.
  • Please send clear photos of the defect, your order ID, and details to support@mitrayah.com.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method or provided bank details.
  • In rare cases where a return is accepted (without any fault from our side), ₹100 will be deducted to cover reverse logistics charges.

 Important Notes:

  • Color/design may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. These will not be considered valid grounds for return.
  • If it's found that the defect occurred due to customer mishandling, no refund/exchange will be processed.
  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • Exchange/Return requests are accepted only once per order.
  • Products that are used or washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Free exchange on size issues (but no refunds for size preferences).
