How soon do we ship?
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 working hours.

How long does delivery take?
We typically deliver orders across India in 5 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
Please note:

• Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India may take up to 10 working days.
• In rare situations (like public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather), delivery can take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability and logistics.
• How can I track my order?
  Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link on your email.

Which courier partners do we use?
We ship via reliable delivery services like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress — based on your pincode.

What if the tracking says 'Delivered' but I didn’t receive my order?
This rarely happens — most of the time, the parcel is received by:

• A family member, neighbor, flatmate, or
• Delivered to your society gate or office mailroom.

If you still haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
We will raise the issue with the courier and resolve it within 10 working days.
If no complaint is raised within 48 hours, we will not be able to take responsibility for the lost order.
